Naman is developed and published by Technext Technosoft. Naman is designed to help senior citizens get access to immediate help or assistance.
This Privacy Policy explains what data Naman accesses, collects, and uses, how that data is handled, and the choices available to users. This policy applies to all users of the Naman app. By using Naman, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Data and Permissions We Access
Naman only requests access to device data and permissions that are necessary to provide its core functionality of helping senior citizens get immediate help or assistance. We request permissions incrementally, in context, so that it is clear why a permission is needed at the time it is requested.

Naman provides a user account and login facility. This account/login facility does not collect personal information about the user.
4. How We Use the Data
Any data accessed through the permissions listed above (Section 2) is used solely to provide and support the core, user-facing functionality of the app helping senior citizens get access to immediate help or assistance. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the features you use within the app.
5. Sharing and Disclosure of Data
Naman does not share user data with third parties. We do not sell personal or sensitive user data under any circumstances.
6. Data Security
We handle all data accessed by the app securely, and any data transmitted by the app is transmitted using modern cryptography (for example, over HTTPS), consistent with Google Play's data handling requirements.
7. Data Retention
We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the app's core functionality. Data is not retained beyond what is required for the app and service functionality described in this policy.
8. Account and Data Deletion
Users who wish to delete their Naman account may do so:
- In-app: through the account deletion option available within the app's account settings.
- Outside the app: by contacting us at ranjaniwebnext@gmail.com with a request to delete your account.
When an account deletion request is received, we delete the data associated with that account rather than merely deactivating or freezing it.
9. Consent and Permission Requests
Before requesting any permission listed in Section 2, Naman discloses, within the app itself, what data will be accessed and why. Consent for any permission is obtained through a clear, affirmative user action (such as tapping "Allow" in the runtime permission dialog). Navigating away from a disclosure or permission prompt is not treated as consent. If you decline a permission request, Naman will respect that choice.
10. Children's Privacy
Naman is designed to help senior citizens and is not directed at children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app's functionality or data practices. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised. Continued use of Naman after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
